Albert Pudding

Ingredients
¼ lb. flour
¼ lb. sugar
¼ lb. butter
Lemon rind
2 eggs
Instructions
Beat butter and sugar to cream with the hand, add eggs well beaten, then flour and lemon rind; put into a greased mould, buttered paper on top, and steam for three hours.
