Cheese Toasts

Instructions

Mix eggs, butter, cheese and seasoning well together. Spread on squares of bread, cover with bacon and put in hot oven for a few minutes.

Ingredients

1 egg yolk,

1/2 teaspoon melted butter,

1 cup grated cheese,

2 rashers bacon,

Salt and cayenne.
