Sydney Pudding

Ingredients
½ cup of sugar
1 cup of flour
½ cup of suet
½ cup of jam
1 teaspoonful baking powder
3 eggs
Instructions
Sift flour and baking powder, shred the suet with the tips of fingers till it looks like breadcrumbs, add sugar with the eggs well beaten, and lastly add jam; beat all well together, turn into a greased mould and boil for two hours.
