Tomato Chutney

Ingredients

2 lb tomatoes

2 lb apples

2 lb onions

¼ lb lump sugar

1 oz white pepper

a little salt 

1 pint best vinegar

Instructions

Take 2lb. tomatoes, 2lb. apples, 2lb. onions, ¼lb. lump sugar, 1oz. white pepper, a little salt, one pint best vinegar. Boil together for two hours.

This will be found to be a very sure and cheap recipe.
