Born around 1836 near Bunbury, died 11/1879 at sea near Albany. An Aboriginal servant to William Forrest for twenty-five years. He accompanied John and Alexander Forrest on their memorable exploration from Geraldton to Darwin Adelaide Telegraph line in 1874, and Alexander's exploration through the Kimberley district to Northern Territory in 1879. Tommy's health failed and he died within sight of Albany on their return home by ship. He was buried on top of Mt. Melville.
