He was the son of Thomas and Marianne, married Rosina North (1862-1938) in 1881. Daughter of Daniel and Eliza. Children were Herbert baptised in 1884, Frederick Charles baptised in 1885, Theodore baptised in 1887, Thomas Daniel baptised in 1890, Geoffrey baptised in 1892, Ethel May (1895), Cecil Henry baptised in 1897, Leslie Roy (1901). Henry was a bootmaker in Bunbury, in partnership with brother WaIter established a tannery and later opened General Stores, managed by son Charles.
