SPENCER, Thomas Edwin

(25/12/1833-18/06/1904).

He was born in England and died in Fremantle. He is the son of Thomas Henry and Margaret (originally Robinson), who arrived in 1862 from Victoria, where he had been for ten years. He married in Victoria in 1855 to Mary Ann Milner (19/05/1835-09/01/1919). Mary was born at the Isle of Man and died in Bunbury. His children were Margaret Anna (1856-), John (1858-), Thomas Edwin (1862-), Charles Henry (1869-) and William Mark Robinson (1867-1893). Thomas came to Bunbury, where he employed thirteen ticket of leave men on occasions 1865-1878, including two cooks, a sawyer and a painter. He visited Victoria on 20/03/1869 on the ship Sea Ripple with Mary, William and Thomas Junior.
