MOULLIN, Alfred William

(28/3/1864-6/9/1941).

He was the eldest of 8 or 9 sons of Daniel and Louise (Rector 40 years Southwark, London). He arrived 29/12/1886 on Board the Elderslie from London. Alfred married on 02/11/1889 in Perth to Charlotte Elizabeth Dent (23/02/1864-15/11/1942). Charlotte died in Perth. She was the daughter of George William and Ellen (maiden name Turner). Their children were Alfred (1890-1891), died in Guildford, Charlotte Marion Louise (1891-1966), Amy Greta (1893-1894), Ena Adela (1894-1895), Hilda (1896-1970), Cecil George Michael (1897-1897), Grace Ellen (1899-1959), Eliza May (1901-) and Estella Alice (1903-). He was employed by Western Australia Railways from 1887-1896 as a surveyor, near Perth. He was the town Clerk at RoeBourne and a stationmaster of Guildford for two years. District Superintendent at Southern Cross and Bunbury. Stationmaster at Perth in 1895. Resigned to ill health, later on a partner in real estate with Cecil Dent (brother-in-law) in Perth, 1889. Accountant.
